When I'm looking for something inexpensive to carry, Target always seems to come up with something. This cute little Black Velvet Satchel by Isaac Mizrahi has a zip closure, double handles and an exterior pocket to hold a phone, ipod, lipstick, or anything else that you see fit. The rose design gives it a victorian feel, but this little guy will go with just about anything, I'm sure. Measuring 10 x 15 x 5.5 inches, you can pick one up at Target for $23.
