You'd better bet that this is my 18-month-old niece, and yes, she's carrying her very first purse. Shown here, Rease is sporting a delightful, pink Hello Kitty bag purchased at Dots for $10. What might you find inside an 18-month-old's purse you ask? Well, her sunglasses for one (when she’s not using them to hold back her hair like the true diva that she is) and her Elmo cell phone of course. I've never been more proud. Really.
