Be & D Fur Shoulder Bag

It's obvious that I have a real problem with designers using rabbit fur on their handbags, but I feel that in order to be a true handbag journalist (although I promise there is no such thing), I must at least report on such designers and their said ridiculous creations. Be & D, whom I've praised in the past for their rich leather designs and beautiful, exaggerated stud detailing, have evidentially decided to kill some bunnies. The Fur Shoulder Bag, available now from Bergdorf Goodman, has metallic bronze leather trim, tarnished golden hardware and is fashioned with... well you know what it's fashioned with. So now all you have to do is come up with $1,495 and a way to lose that guilty conscious and you'll be well on your way to bunny-covered handbag heaven! The saddest thing is that no matter how dreadful and horrible it all seems to me, I still can’t deny that this bag is down-right gorgeous. Darn you, Be & D!
