How cute is this Monogram Canvas Etoile Shopper by Louis Vuitton! New from their Etoile collection, the triple-quilted monogram canvas shopper is adorned with natural cowhide leather trim, and features brass hardware. With a twist-lock closure, and plenty of compartments, it measures 16.1x10.6x5.9 and sells for an astounding $3,500 at eLuxury. And if you're credit card isn't already maxed out, check out the matching wallet. Gorgeous...
New from Louis Vuitton comes this unique and I might add, simply gorgeous Monogram Vernis Vellevue GM Handbag. Available in the beautiful color of Violette, it's fashioned in embossed patent leather with cowhide trim and polished golden brass hardware. I really love the look of vintage that I'm feeling with this bag, especially the engraved nameplate elegantly done with an old english Louis Vuitton signature. This bag measures 17.9x10.9x7.4, and sells for $1,000 at eLuxury. A wee bit expensive for my salary, but well worth breaking the bank for.
New from Louis Vuitton comes their Something Blue Collection, with my favorite being the Monogram Denim Néo Speedy. Fashioned in monogram denim with calfskin leather detail, it carries with rolled leather handles with link attachments and shiny brass hardware. This very elegant bag measures 6.2x6.2x12.5 and sells for $1,500 at eLuxury. If you're really loving this new collection, check out these matching must have Alyssa Ankle Strap Sandals. Gorgeous...
For those that aren't very athletic, like me, you can serve up a mean game of badminton with this very stylish Damier Azur Badminton Set by Louis Vuitton. Fashioned in Damier Azur coated canvas with natural cowhide leather trim, this set includes racket cover with two rackets and detachable pouch with three shuttlecocks. Louis Vuitton has spared no expense with this baby. You get technical rackets made by a professional racket manufacturer and shuttlecocks are made with real feathers. (Definitely not like the old plastic ones that I'm used to!) Measuring 28.3x9.8x1.3, this set sells for $2,500 at eLuxury. Remember, it's doesn't matter how well you play the game, but how hot you look playing!
The most extravagant tote you'll probably see this season, That's Love Canvas Tote by Louis Vuitton is definitely going to turn some heads. The "That's Love" collection was created by another one of our favorite designers, Marc Jacobs. This gorgeous tote is made of cotton and linen canvas with 620 gold and silver tube beads in a hand stitched logo. Measuring 13x14.5x4, this awesome and somewhat expensive tote is available at eLuxury at a price tag of $1,720.
This adorable Monogram Riveting Accessories Pochette by Louis Vuitton is fashioned of monogram canvas and trimmed in natural cowhide leather. Accented in golden brass hardware with signature red edge dyeing and yellow topstitching makes this one classy little bag. It carries with a removable leather strap with a clasp for wrist carry and a "Louis Vuitton Inventeur" brass plaque. A bit pricey, but worth every penny this little pochette measures 8.3x5.1x1.2 and sells for $675 at eLuxury.
Louis Vitton's Tulum PM (named after Mexico's Mayan city) puts a new twist on the Monogram Canvas line using a new, more supple version of the popular fabric. The gorgeous PM hobo features cowhide trim and shoulder strap, golden brass hardware and has a textile lining. The Tulum measures 11 x 9 x 4 inches and sells for $1,090.
Also, if you're loving the Tulum (much like myself!), be sure to check out the matching Monogram Pouchette (330) which features a nifty snap hook to attach it to your bag or to hang your keys from. All designs from the Tulum collection feature the iconic twist-lock closure and are available at eLuxury.

Admittedly, Louis Vuitton has been on my nerves lately, so I was glad to see the Epi Passy GM today at eLuxury. In black textured Epi leather, the Passy is rather simple yet quite urbane with it's interesting shape and palladium-finished hardware. The bag features a gusseted interior, rolled shoulder straps, and is virtually huge at 15 x 11 x 5 inches. Louis Vuitton's Epi Passy GM sells for $1,350. (Hey I said I liked it, I didn't say it was affordable!)

Before I tell you about the first suede line ever to exist in the history of Louis Vuitton, let me say this: My God, I love this color! Ok, now that I got that out of my system, let me introduce to you the Pochete Onatah, a new and exciting bag from Louis Vuitton featuring monogram suede with natural tanned cowhide trim. Also available in cocoa (although this burnt orangey color is making my toes curl), the perforated bag features a viscose-and-acetate monogram jacquard lining and golden patina finished hardware. Louis Vuitton's Pochette Onatah sells for $1,070 at eLuxury. Also, be sure to check out the Onatah GM, which is also gorgeous if you're in more of a hobo-ish mood.

It's been a while since I've been this excited about a Louis Vuitton line but the new Monogram Mini Lin collection is definitely something to celebrate! Consisting of cotton and linen monogram mini canvas and leather trim, the Trapeze GM has dual rolled leather straps, vintage brass hardware and honey microfiber lining. The bag closes with a unique double-magnet closing system and measures 16 x 9.3 x 5.4 inches. Eluxury sells the Trapeze GM by Louis Vuitton for $1,350.

If I worked as an executive for a big company instead of a nurse for a surgery center, I would so trade in my Dickies tote bag for this Sac Bosphore from Louis Vuitton. The Monogram canvas bag, which can be carried over the shoulder, across the body or by hand, can be conveniently attached to any Louis Vuitton rolling luggage piece but looks especially great attached to the Trolley 50 Bosphore (as if you could afford to buy two Louis Vuitton bags in one lifetime.) Other features of the Sac Bosphore include textile lining, golden brass hardware and a cowhide-trimmed zip pocket on the front. The beautiful and very professional Louis Vuitton Sac Bosphore sells at eLuxury for $940.

Featuring vintage Vuitton elements, the Sac de Nuit is made of Toile Trianon canvas and striped cotton lining, both of which were used in the first Louis Vuitton trunks. In Suhali goat leather trim, the bag has gorgeous varnished brass hardware and can be changed into a flatter shape by unbuckling the sides. The bag measures a large 13 x 8 x 5 inches and the outside leather label on the Sac de Nuit reads "Louis Vuitton Inventeur". Unfortunately for us, there’s another label on this bag as well. It reads: $2,140.
New from Louis Vuitton's Epi collection is the Ségur PM, made of textured leather with smooth leather corners. The Ségur has palladium-finished hardware, canvas lining and closes with a brilliant, modified S-lock. Eluxury is selling Louis Vuitton's Ségur PM for $1,080 and carries it in noir, myrtille and rouge. If you had a larger bag in mind, the Ségur MM is also available in the same splendid colors for a less-splendid $1,250.
While you could use this colorful pouch as a purse, I think it would be best used as a dedicated make-up bag or as a digital camera case. Priced at $315, the Louis Vuitton Wapity Case is fashioned from the company's Monogram Multicolore canvas and sports a handy wrist strap. It has golden brass hardware, raspberry alcantara lining, and measures a compact 4.3 x 3 x 1.7 inches.
Now available from Louis Vuitton is the new Antigua Collection, named after the Caribbean island known for its yacht races. Of the bags announced, the Cabas PM is particularly compelling with its sporty tote build and nautical flare. The Cabas PM features red cotton canvas with purple contrasting straps and customary golden hardware. A familiar "Louis Vuitton Inventeur" logo plate fronts the $500 tote while a leather luggage tag dangles from one of the straps. Also offered in the Antigua series are the Cabas MM and GM (both totes), as well as the Besace messenger. Many details about the Antigua line is standard LV style, yet so much seems new to me. A successful, summery launch as far as I'm concerned.
eLuxury has added a few new handbags from designer Louis Vuitton, one being the Monogram Panda Trotteur by Takashi Murakami. Best known for creating the Monogram Cerises collection released earlier this year, Murakami now puts yet another artistic spin on the classic Monogram Canvas line. A colorful flying panda decorates one side of the bag while the back of the critter shows on the other. The purse features an adjustable cross-body strap and a sturdy leather bottom. Previously available only in Japan, the Panda Trotteur bag is now offered at eLuxury for $585.
Also new from Louis Vuitton, the very elegant Stillwood Vertical shopper in perle, indigo and noisette has become the newest member of the Monogram Vernis series. The Stillwood Vertical is made of embossed patent leather and the inside textile lining features a cell phone and patch pocket. Although the shopper is a handheld, Louis Vuitton was sure to add two golden rings on the sides for attaching a shoulder strap if you prefer. The Louis Vuitton Stillwood Vertical sells at eLuxury for $815.louis-vuitton-neverfull-bag-50
The Neverfull Bag 50 from Louis Vuitton combines a modern version of the original Neverfull Bag with the traditional feel of Louis Vuitton. The travel bag is made with fine Suhali goat leather and has brass hardware. The interior of the bag features striped, cotton lining which gets its inspiration from the original Louis trunks. The leather label on the outside of the bag says "Louis Vuitton Inventeur", and the Neverfull Bag measures an enormous 20 x 12 x 8 inches. The bag sells for $2420.louis-vuitton-monogram-cerises
For Spring/Summer 2005, Louis Vuitton is offering a fresh, new take on the popular Monogram Canvas line with the Monogram Cerises. The Pochette (shown right) sports a gorgeous set of red, smiling cherries adding some color to the normally brown and tan bag. The Monogram Cerises collection was created by Takashi Murakami and features natural cowhide and red topstitching. The Pochette measures 8 x 5 inches, sells for $355 and makes me want to go to Dairy Queen for a banana split.louis-vuitton-fall-2005-collection
My invite must have gotten lost in the mail. Louis Vuitton recently showed off its 2005 fall lineup at a fashion show in Paris. And wow, did they ever debut some beautiful bags. "It's luscious and structured, with regal sophistication and sexiness," Louis Vuitton spokeswoman Uma Thurman said of the collection after the show. Couldn't have said it better myself. Anyway, the new bags feature "amazing confections of mink, python, embossed quilting, tulle, jet crystal beading, leather passementerie, gold bookbinder printing, Art Deco chains, and cabochons of semiprecious stones," according to Style.com. Check out photos of the bags here and pics of the celebs here. [Thanks, Sarah]louis-vuitton-ipod-case
Since the first Louis Vuitton iPod case I posted about got such a good response, here's another one which might actually be sexier than the first (especially if the Monogram canvas pattern isn't for you). The Louis Vuitton Nomade iPod Case is made of caramel-colored "flawless" cowhide leather that's "tanned with plant extracts." It features a flap closure with headphone cord hole, and a belt loop. Like the last Louis Vuitton iPod case, this one only works with full-size iPods--not minis. This one's a little more expensive at $285.louis-vuitton-monogram-ipod
There is a God. This has got to be the most luxurious way to carry your tunes around. The Louis Vuitton Monogram iPod Case is made from the classic Monogram canvas and is lined in grained calfskin leather. This $210 accessory is equipped with an opening on the top for your earphone cable and a belt loop so that you can present your tiny, precious goods for the world to see. The top flap tucks neatly into the front of the case so your iPod will never be afraid. The case is tailored specifically to fit the iPod, so a note to iPod mini owners: your gadget will swim in this, don't try it. Our day will come.
